Frank Carter Hughes Born in Sturgis, South Dakota on April 11, 1933. Departed on June 2, 2004 and resided in Lake Montezuma, Arizona. Frank Carter Hughes, 71, of Lake Montezuma, Arizona died on Tuesday, June 2nd. He was born April 11, 1933 in Sturgis, South Dakota. Mr. Hughes was a retired mechanic and truck driver. Earlier, he had also worked as a miner in Matline Falls, Washington. He was a member of the Baptist Church. He loved fishing, hunting and spending time with his family. Mr. Hughes is survived by a son Phillip Hughes of New York; two daughters: Phyllis Anderson of Camp Verde; Cindy Randle of Kansas; a brother Roy of Kansas; sisters: Ruby, Angie, Alma, and Fern all of South Dakota; 12 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren. Memorial services were held on Friday, June 4th at the Westcott Funeral Home in Cottonwood. Westcott Funeral Home, Cottonwood, Arizona. |
