(From Saturday's Daily)

W. M. Hinds, of Kirkland valley, came to Prescott about two weeks ago en route to California where he has relatives residing. He was suffering at the time with la grippe and decided to remain in Prescott awhile to receive medical attention. His condition became worse, however, and this morning at 8 o'clock he died.

His brother came in on yesterday's train from Anaheim, California, but he seemed better and the brother left again this morning for home. He was notified by telegraph at Prescott Junction of the death, and returned again to-day, to look after the remains.

Deceased was a native of New Jersey, 51 years of age, and had resided here for several years.
