Sam Yamawaki, a Japanese, for the past two years a resident of this city, and a clerk by occupation, passed away, Tuesday, and was buried in the Citizens' cemetery yesterday afternoon, from the Catholic church, under the direction of the Ruffner undertaking house.

He was about 30 years of age, and had been suffering from tuberculosis for many years.

Transcriber's note: Mr. Yamawaki is buried at the Citizens Cemetery, Prescott, Arizona.
