Born in Harvard, Illinois on July 15, 1920.
Departed on Sept. 13, 2005 and resided in Cottonwood, Arizona.

Arnold I Krause, 85, of Cottonwood, son of J. W. Krause and Alice Mockelstrom Krause passed away September 13, 2005. Arnold was born in Harvard Illinois.

Arnold was a Master Sergeant for the US Army Ordnance. He served in the Battles and Campaigns at Normandy, Northern France, Ardennes, Rhineland and Central Europe.

He was Vice President of Tumpane Co Inc., and director for Smith Tool International.

Arnold is survived by his wife of 63 years, Alice, their four children Douglas E. Krause of Des Peres, Mo., Corliss B Schalburg of Sumerduck Va., Timothy A Krause of Clearwater Ut., and Arnette M Reed of Jamul, Ca., eight grandchildren, six great grandchildren, and his brother James J. Krause of Thousand Oaks, Ca.

Arnold was a resident of Del Webb Cottonwood Ranch for nine years. He loved gardening fishing on the White River in Arkansas, playing cards, and traveling.

God grant him peace and tranquility ever after.

He is loved and will be missed by many.
