She was born July 13, 1924 in Los Angeles, California, the daughter of Ben K. and Katie Peru Rose. She was a graduate of Hoover High School and Glendale City College. Mrs. Wilson had worked as a bank clerk and an artist. She enjoyed painting. Her memberships included the Christian Science Church. She leaves her husband of 59 years, Ralph A. Wilson; daughters Kim Gertz and Kevin Chamberlain; three grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. There are no public services planned.
