Departed on Nov. 29, 2005 and resided in Cottonwood, AZ.

Lillian C. Lang, 84, resident of Cottonwood, Ariz., passed away, Tuesday, November 29, 2005. She was born July 28, 1921 in Royal Oak, Michigan to Arnold and Sophia deDoes.

Lillian carried the proud title of Veteran, having served her country in the U.S. Army during WWII. She worked for, and retired from, the West Covina School District in California as their Administrative Assistant.

Lillian traveled extensively and she loved music and arts. She was a volunteer for Jazz on the Rocks and was active in the art community of Sedona.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Edward O. Lang. Lillian leaves behind her children; Jeff Lang of Booneville, Ark., Greg (Lilly) Lang of Lake Havasu, Ariz. and Martha (Terry) Lysell of Clarkdale, Ariz.; her sister, Eleanor Millich of Harrison Township, Mich., and six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Private Family services will be held at a later date. In memory of Lillian, please make contributions to your local organization for Guide Dogs for the Blind.
