| The Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, Arizona Wednesday, September 02, 2015 Marilyn June Hinkle, a former resident of Wickenburg, passed into eternal life on Aug. 21, 2015, in Mesa. She was born June 28, 1931, to Glen E. and Marie M. (Hagel) Hosler and was raised on their farm in the Pleasant Plain, Iowa, area. She married Richard Dean Hinkle on Feb. 16, 1952. Marilyn was a registered nurse working part time at the Wickenburg Community Hospital long term care unit and also private duty. Richard and she resided in Wickenburg for 25 years and at their summer home in Brookings, Ore. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband in 2001, a sister and a brother. She is survived by five children, Brenda Abbott of Prescott, Sandra Jordan of Springdale, Ark., Rich Hinkle of Mesa, Chris Hinkle of Niles, Ohio, and Kurt Hinkle of Erie, Penn.; eight grandchildren; several step-grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Our love for her was beyond measure and she will be missed. Memorial services will be held Sept. 8 at 10 a.m. at Holy Cross Catholic Church, 1244 S. Power Road in Mesa. Donations may be made to St. Vincent de Paul, 420 W. Watkins, Phoenix, AZ 85003. |
