Ted Jay Born in Cleveland, Ohio on Oct. 22, 1918. Departed on Sept. 5, 2005 and resided in Lake Montezuma, Arizona. Ted Jay, 86, of Lake Montezuma died September 5, 2005. He was born October 22, 1918 in Cleveland, Ohio. He served his country in World War II in the Army. He was a self employed consultant for many years. He interests were reading, horticulture. fishing, discipling unruly grandchildren and his faith and caring for his buddy who was a skink (a lizard) from Tazimania. He leaves his wife of 35 years, Eileen Jay; daughters, Sara Jo Wells of Phoenix, Pauline Munk of Columbia Station, Ohio; and five grandchildren. There are no public services planned. Donations in his memory may be may to the Rimrock-Lake Montezuma Fire Department or to any agency directly benefitting Katrina victims.
