Robert W. (Grizzly) Jones, age 63, passed away on Oct. 29, 2015 at his home in Prescott Valley, Arizona. Grizzly was born on Aug. 28, 1952 to Wilson and Bonnie Jones in Everett Washington.

Grizzly is survived by his wife of 14 years, Julie Jones; daughters, Tami (Nate), Kasey (Mike Bissen); a son Reggie Rodgers (Nicole); and three grandchildren, Jayla Bissen, Lexi and Addilynn Rodgers; a brother Mark Jones (Dawn); a sister Francie (Skip); and several nieces and nephews.

Grizzly was preceded in death by his parents, Wilson F. Jones and Bonnie J. Jones; and a brother James Jones.

Grizzly loved playing Santa for families in need. His life experiences include scuba diving, camping, firearms, boating and boat drags.

Grizzly has owned and operated Grizzly's Automotive, Diesel and U-Haul for many years. Grizzly was the life of the party, always wanting to help anyone in need. He never let anyone or anything hold him back or kept him from doing what he wanted. He lived life to the fullest. His favorite pastimes were sitting in his Jacuzzi, reading the local paper and feeding the birds while enjoying his backyard.

A potluck Celebration of Life service will be at 11 a.m. on Nov. 21, 2015 at Life Pointe Church in Prescott Valley.
