Camp Verde Bugle, Camp Verde, Arizona Saturday, January 30, 2016 Patricia Louise Kelly, age 72, of Cottonwood, died January 24, 2016, after a long battle with heart disease. Pat was born in Philadelphia, raised in Wayne, PA, and educated at George School, Newtown, PA, Endicott College, Beverly, MA, and Temple University School of Nursing in Philadelphia. "Miss Pat" was a certified Montessori teacher, and devoted her life to the teaching of children, first in her own Montessori school in St. Simons Island, Georgia, and then in Cottonwood. Predeceased by her parents, William and Louise Harned, and by her beloved son, Sean Henning, Pat is survived by her sister, Nancy Ingersoll (Roger), of Tucson. We would like to thank the good people of the Verde Valley for the kindness shown to Pat, in particular her devoted and compassionate caregivers at Verde Valley Medical Center and at Valley View Care Hospice. There will be no service, and internment will be in Pennsylvania. Information provided by survivors. |
