Joseph (Joe) C. Miller, 73, of Prescott, Arizona, born Nov. 7, 1942 in Chicago, Illinois, to Joseph and Una (Parrett) Miller, passed away Feb. 2, 2016.

Joe graduated from Wilson High School in St. Paul, in 1960. He served in the Navy from October 1960 to June 1963, participating in Operation Dominic, Atomic Veteran. He worked for Allied Systems until September 1998, when he retired and moved to Arizona. Joe enjoyed hunting and since moving to Prescott, golfing often with his crazy buddies at Prescott Lakes.

Joe is survived by his loving wife, Connie; daughter Roxanne (Kris) Schumann of Prior Lake, Minnesota; son Eric Kaiser of Shakopee, Minnesota; brother Ron (Nancy) Miller of Centerville, Minnesota; sister Beverly (James) Olson of Zionsville, Pennsylvania; sister and brother-in-law Susan and Steven Jenneman of Eau Claire, Wisconsin; grandchildren, Britta, Jordan, Christian and Grace Schumann of Prior Lake, Minnesota, Samson Drentlaw of Shakopee, Minnesota and Evan Kaiser of Woodbury, Minnesota; many cousins, nieces and nephews. Also special friend Lupe; and his many golfing buddies.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Una (Parrett) Miller.

Mass of Resurrection will be at 10 a.m. on Monday, Feb. 8, 2016 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, with Father Ralph officiating. Military graveside service with full military honors will be at 2 p.m. at Prescott National Cemetery.

If desired, donations may be made to Yavapai Food Bank or Mayo Clinic Cancer or Cardiology, or donor's choice.
