| Wickenburg (AZ) Sun Wednesday, October 22, 2008, p A-13 William W. Ashley (Bill) born Aug 6, 1932, lost his four-year battle with cancer on Oct 19. He is survived by his loving wife of 48 years Randie, sons Kevin, Kirk, granddaughter Amanda, great-grandchildren Damitry and Savanna, brother Henry, sister Harriette, and many nieces and nephews. Bill entered the U.S. Army in 1950 and retired in 1971. Bill worked in electronics and TV repair in Chester, SC. He moved to Wickenburg in December of 1973. Bill continued in electronics for 12 years, then retired and spent the next 20 years working in wood and antique restoration. He will be missed by his family and many friends but never forgotten. As per his wishes there will be no services. Arrangements are by David's Desert Chapel funeral home of Wickenburg. |
