| Bette Lois Belyeu Born in Harper, Kansas on Dec. 20, 1926. Departed on Aug. 11, 2003 and resided in Clarkdale, Arizona. Bette Lois Belyeu, 76, of Clarkdale passed away on Monday, August 11th. She was born in Harper, Kansas on December 20, 1926. Mrs. Harper is survived by her husband John C. Belyeu, a daughter: Lisa A. Belyeu; three sons: Charles B. Belyeu, Jon G. Belyeu, Richard C. Belyeu; a sister: Wanda L. Marcum; ten grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. Westcott Funeral Home assisted the Belyeu Family with arrangements.
