| The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Tuesday, May 3, 2016, page 4a Thomas (“Guido”) was lifted into Heaven on April 13, 2016. He is survived by his wife, June; sister Mary; and nieces, nephews and great-great grandnieces. Guido retired from the City of Phoenix in 1999 and moved to Wilhoit and most recently Prescott. Services will be at 3 p.m. on May 5, 2016, at the Legacy at Prescott Lakes, Bldg. 13, 1998 Prescott Lakes Parkway, Prescott. Tom’s beautiful smile and kind heart will be missed by all. Friends are invited to join us in celebrating the life, the humor and times of “Guido.” Information provided by survivors. |
