He was born December 30, 1995 in Prescott, Arizona. Paul leaves his father and step-mother, Paul F. and Cindy Noble, Jr. of Mayer, Ariz.; his mother and step-father, Joyce D. and Tony Kowal of Cottonwood; his sisters, Jessica Noble, Corinne Noble, Brittney Noble; his step-sisters, Brittany Lynn Tice and Tabitha Tice; his step-brothers, A.J. Kowal, Josh Kowal and Matthew Tice; his grandparents, Paul F. and Dorothy Noble and Joyce Fullerton; his step-grandparents, Anthony and Kathy Kowal and Larry and Charlotte DeRaad; and his step-great-grandmother, Carma Leet Daugherty. A visitation will be held on Monday, October 5 in the Westcott Funeral Home, Cottonwood at 12:30 p.m. A funeral service will follow at 1 p.m. Burial will be in the Valley View Cemetery.
