Robert William Froehlich, son of Beatrice & Robert Froehlich, passed away at the age of 82 surrounded by his loved ones on June 16, 2016. Originally from Albany, NY, Bob spent the last 10 years in Cottonwood, AZ. He proudly served his country in the US Navy and was a dedicated member of Teamsters local 294 for over 60 years

Bob is survived by his wife of 52 years, Shirley Froehlich, and his children, Cynthia Goguen (Paul) of Sedona, AZ, Rebecca Stokes (John) of Sedona, AZ, Daniel Lockwood (Pat) of Stillwater, Minnesota, Ken Lockwood (Ingrid) of Missoula, Montana, Laurie Merry (Floyd) of Fulton, New York, and Robert Froehlich, Jr. of Scotia, NY, his sisters Evelyn Bliven and Thelma McGraw any many nieces & nephews. He cherished his 17 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren and of course his most beloved dog, Shadow.

A service will take place at Immaculate Conception on 89A in Cottonwood, Arizona June 22 at 10AM. The family will host a "celebration of life" on Saturday July 23 at 2PM for all those friends and family who meant so much to him.

The event will be at the Pine Shadows clubhouse. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Verde Valley Community Hospice organization- Cottonwood Office. (www.vvchospice.com)
