Margaret Michelle (Mitch) Dixon, 52, of Cottonwood died January 10, 2008. She was born July 1, 1955 in Salt Lake City, Utah, the daughter of Wilford McNair Dixon and Elsie Joseph Dixon.

She was a graduate of Vista High School. Mitch worked for the past two years at Y.E.S. the Arc. She loved caring for others and was devoted to her job and received many certificates relating to her work.

Mitch loved to play bingo and visiting the casino. She never met a stranger. She had a love for music, especially Elvis Presley. She had a great love for animals and life. Her world centered on her son, of whom she was very proud. She was a loving sister, aunt, cousin and friend.

Her parents preceded her in death.

She leaves her son, Christopher Todd (Chris) Dixon of Cottonwood; her sisters, Annie Luke of Vista, Calif., Linnie Eltzroth, husband Rocky, of San Marcos, Calif. and Sarah Mullinex, husband, LeRoy, of Rimrock; three nieces and five nephews.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, January 19 at the Verde Baptist Church Chapel at 1 p.m.
