Jerome Donald (Jerry) Linderman

Jerome (Jerry) Donald Linderman, 71, died Monday, March 12, 2007, at his home in Dewey, Arizona. He was born November 17, 1935, in Kansas City, Missouri, the son of Sam and Alice (Ulis) Linderman.

Jerry served his country in the United States Naval Reserves and was honorably discharged. He met and married the love of his life Brenda Pezzner on May 6, 1967. Jerry was self-employed in abrasives.

Jerry was a member of Temple B'rith Shalom in Prescott, the Arizona Yacht Club and was lead trumpet for Yavapai Big Band and was bandleader of the Rhythm-Aires Dance Band. He truly loved music and was an avid sailor. Jerry was a reader and enjoyed camping and the company of his family and friends. Jerry was proud of his family and musical accomplishments.

Jerry is survived by Brenda, his loving and caring wife of 39 years; his children and their spouses, Alen and Bridget Linderman of Phoenix, Arizona, and Rachel and Michael LeWinter, also of Phoenix, Arizona; and his grandchildren, Gabi, Kaili and Aubrie.

A celebration of Jerry's life will be Friday, March 16, 2007, at 10 a.m. at Arizona Wakelin Bradshaw Chapel.

The family suggests contributions in Jerry's name to the Kidney Cancer Association, 1234 Sherman Avenue, Suite 203, Evanston, Ill., 60202-1375.
