| Herman J. Bartell Born in Rocherster, New York on June 16, 1916. Departed on June 22, 2003 and resided in Sedona, Arizona. Herman J. Bartell, 86, of Sedona died June 22, 2003. He was born June 16, 1916 in Rochester, New York. He was a retired General Contractor. Herman was an Army veteran of World War II. He is survived by two daughters, Nola M. Dewester of Covina, Calif. and Judy, husband Phil Kelley of Sedona; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. There are no public services planned.
