Thomas James Tanner
August 30, 1958 - July 15, 2016

Thomas James Tanner, our beloved father and husband, 57, died on Friday, July 15th, 2016, due to heart related conditions. He was born August 30, 1958, in Holbrook, Arizona.

He met and married the love of his life, Olivia Tanner, on June 13th, 2008. His children are Sarah Brittany Tanner, Thomas Jason Tanner, Bryce James Tanner, Faith LaDawn Frost, Fernanda Nunez, and Marisol Nunez.

After high school he took over the family business and had a passion for the shop like no other. He used the business to take care of his family, as well as his father and mother. He had a passion for fast cars and restoring vehicles. Tom took great pride in his work, family, and was a proud resident of Holbrook and loved being able to raise his family here.

If you knew Tom you would know how big his heart was. The most important thing to him was his family. Everything he did was to prepare them for life. He loved spending time with them all. Tom did other things not widely known like taking care of numerous people and opening up his home for many in need. He and Olivia would make frequent visits to elderly friends and bring in meals to them. He helped many people over the years traveling across the country with their vehicles when they could not afford it.

He was preceded in death by both of his parents, James and Joan Tanner. Tom was survived by his wife, kids, and grandkids, his sisters Marsha and Lynn, and brothers Richard, Brandon, and Brett, and many nieces and nephews.

Tom was loved by many and was a great man. He will be missed greatly.

Funeral services will be held Saturday July 23rd at 10:00 am at the LDS Stake Center, 1127 Helen Ave., in Holbrook Arizona.
