| McDougal's Caldwell Funeral Chapel, Safford, Arizona Ricky Joe Patrick June 3, 1955 - September 14, 2016 Ricky Joe Patrick, 61, of Clifton, AZ, passed away September 14, 2016. He was born June 3, 1955 in Ada, OK to Bruce & Doris Patrick. Ricky graduated from Clifton High School and then began working for the Copper Mine as a Drill Operator and later retired after many years of service. During that time, he met and then married Emilia Lozano on August 5, 1983 in Morenci, AZ and with that marriage came two children, a daughter Nicole and a son Frank. When their first child Jessica was born, he called his mother to let her know and was crying with tears of joy so much that she couldn’t understand him. He was equally overjoyed with the birth of his second child, Kristina. He was so happy with the birth of each grandchild and happy to see his family growing. He loved fishing, hiking, camping, being a rock hound and fixing things, or at least trying to. Ricky is survived by his loving wife, Emilia “Millie” Patrick, his children; Nicole (Mario) Verdugo, Frank Herrera, Jr., Jessica Anita (Chris Starr) Patrick and Kristina Marie Patrick. His siblings; Kathie (Marvin) Montez, Phillip Whipple, Betty (Jimmy) Baker and nine grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents, Bruce & Doris Patrick, and his brothers; Bryon & Danny Patrick. A memorial service for Ricky will be held on Saturday, October 1, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at the First Assembly of God Church in Morenci, AZ. |
