| The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona ~ 09/23/2016 Arminda Declay died Sept. 15, 2016 in Sun City at the Banner Boswell Medical Center. She was born Dec. 13, 1941 to Arthur Declay and Grace Edwards in Whiteriver. She lived most of her life at the Haven of Show Low. She liked to sing and listen to music. She worked at the East Fork Mission Nursery for years. Arminda is survived by three sisters: Cecelia Patten, Ida Lou Little and Elizabeth Declay as well as many other relatives. A wake was held Thursday, Sept. 22, at 5302 East Fork Road in Whiteriver. Funeral servicews will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday Sept. 24 at the East Fork Miracle Church in Whiteriver. Interment will be at the Mission View Cemetery in Whiteriver. Silver Creek Mortuary handled arrangements.
