Linda Leware passed away on Oct. 4, 2016, at Good Samaritan’s Marley House, in Prescott, Arizona. Born Linda Anfinson in Long Beach, New York, in 1943, Linda was the youngest of four daughters.

Linda graduated from SUNY Oneonta (New York) in 1964. She then taught all-day kindergarten in Pine Plains, New York, before marrying and moving to Arizona. Linda – bright, quiet and loving – retired from two years of teaching in Arizona in order to be at home, from the start, with her own children. She was devoted to her family throughout her life, and we shall always love her.

A private service was held for family on Oct. 7, 2016.

Linda is survived by her husband Edward; her sister Evelyn Aasen; her children Katharine Leware, Jennifer Wright, and Marc Leware; her grandchildren Hope Wright, Vivianne Leware, and Maya Sierras-Leware; as well as nieces and nephews in the East.

Our appreciation is extended to the very caring and professional personnel at Marley House, a hospice here, and the personnel at Ruffner Wakelin in Prescott.

Please log on to www.ruffnerwakelin.com to sign Linda’s guestbook and share a memory

with the family.
