Hans Arnold Drolshagen of Prescott, Arizona, passed away on October 18, 2016, at home with his family, at the age of 80. He was born on October 26, 1935, in Nordhorn, Germany to Wilhelm Drolshagen and Gertrud Hermans.

He immigrated to the United States from Germany in October of 1962. Hans worked as a Chemical Engineer in the plastics and vinyl industry and later in life as a Salesman- a job he loved. Hans and his family lived throughout the United States.

Everyone who knew Hans appreciated his sense of humor and great story telling. He enjoyed traveling, camping, science and technology, and, most of all, he cherished time with family and friends. He grew up in Germany watching American Westerns and ultimately fulfilled his childhood fantasy by settling in the West in Prescott with his wife, Jessica, in July of 2003.

Hans is survived by his wife, Jessica; his children, Andrea (Eric), Randy, Mark (Sandy), Jeff (Lisa), Rainer (Patti), Hans (Ashley); and ten grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, please make memorial donations in Hans’ name to the GSS Prescott Hospice, Attn: Cindy Brown, 1065 Ruth Street, Prescott, AZ 86301.
