WRIGHT, Brenda Kay

COOLIDGE - Brenda Kay Wright, 53, of Coolidge died peacefully on May 3, 2009.

Visitation began at 6 p.m. Monday at Simes Mortuaries Coolidge Chapel. The funeral there was at 9 a.m. Tuesday, with a graveside service following in Valley Memorial Park.

Ms. Wright was born July 26, 1955 in Michigan City, Ind., and was a daughter of James and Wanda Crouse. She moved to Coolidge in 1984. She had a passion for animals, especially the rescue of mistreated dogs, and loved her springer spaniel Lady Bug and Chihuahuas Sammy, Tiny Boots, Bandit and Precious.

Survivors include her companion of 21 years, Bill Bratcher; a daughter, Tera A. Langley; and four siblings, Susan Smalley of Michigan City, Sharon Hostetler of Kingsbury, Ind., Linda L. Martinez of Dale, Texas, and Ricky Crouse of Houston. She was preceded in death by her parents.
