WHITE, Timothy John

Timothy John White, 50, passed away at a Temple, Texas, hospital on Tuesday, April 28, 2009.

Memorial services will be on Sunday, May 03, 2009, at 2 p.m., at the New Beginnings Christian Fellowship Church at 6328 N. Gholson Road, Chalk Bluff, Texas, with Pastor Charles Howard officiating.

Visitation will be at Pecan Grove Funeral Home, 3124 Robinson Drive, on Saturday, May 2, 2009, from 5 to 7 p.m. White was born on Feb. 24, 1959, in Spokane, Wash., to Theodore and Desdemona White.

Tim attended and graduated from Patagonia High School in Arizona. He was ranch manager over several ranches in Arizona and New Mexico.

He received his associate's degree from Western T.U. He was a trapper for the Federal Government, trapping bears, coyotes, skunks, etc. Tim was a "jack of trades," so to speak; he enjoyed many vocations, electrical, air conditioning, carpentry, even leather working, to the point of making his own saddle and gear, but most of all, he loved the cattle and ranching life.

He was known for his great memory of many things in the past and present. He was a member of the New Beginnings Christian Fellowship Church in Chalk Bluff. He was very devoted to his many friends and church family.

Tim was preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by his two daughters, Jessica White and Katy White, both of Elm Mott; a very soon-to-be grandson, Jaxon Garrett Vance; one brother, Arthur White and wife Helene of Arizona; nephews Teddy and Mickey White, also of Arizona; one cousin, Joy White of Idaho; and many, many dear friends.

The family register book is online at www.pecangrovefuneral.com.
