| WEST-OWENS, James Lloyd February 27, 1965 to April 26, 2009 In loving memory of James Lloyd West-Owens whose life on earth may be done, but his time in heaven has just begun. He was only a stranger the first time you met; he made you a friend he would never forget. With the kindness of a heart so rare, you always knew he would be there. He was our husband, father, Papa, brother, uncle and son, but most of all he was our friend! James is survived by his life partner, Jay Presnell; daughter, Stacey Blocker; son, Patrick James West-Owens; sister, Patricia Owens Arceo; his stepmother and stepfather, Char and Ron Holmes; his grandchildren, Benjamin and Jayme Blocker; and family and friends too numerous to mention. He was preceded in death by his father, Edward Leroy Owens; and his grandparents, James and Verniece West. God bless you, Jim; you will be missed!
