Richard Dave Manuel Jr., 57 of Middle Verde Indian Reservation, passed away on Tuesday November 22, 2016 in Cottonwood. He was born on October 6, 1959 in Ajo, AZ to Richard Dave Manuel Sr. and Myrtle Helen Manuel.

Richard worked for Tetra Corporation as an assembler, Ye Olde Lantern as a dishwasher, Mother Hubbards as a dishwasher and the Beacon Group as an assembler and presser.

Richard was proud of receiving his GED diploma. He attended church when he could and enjoyed football, basketball, wrestling and liked to read.

Richard was preceded in death by his father Richard D. Manuel Sr. He is survived by his son Owen J. Alverez; sisters Helen J. Manuel, Darlene S. Manuel, Eileen A, Rojas (Ray) and Victoria F. Ortega (Fred); mother Myrtle Manuel and 1 grandchild.

Services will be held on Wednesday November 30, 2016 at 10:00am at the Middle Verde Rock Church in Middle Verde.
