| KARKULA, Lylda Mae "Sox" Lylda Mae "Sox" Karkula, 63, a Chandler homemaker, died Nov. 3, 1987, at her residence. She was born in Mesa. Survivors include her husband, Ernest; daughters, Terry Cooley, Janet Kleinman and Peggy Pew; son, Nick; mother, Elmina Lang; three sisters; and nine grandchildren. Friends may call one hour prior to services, which will be held at 10 a.m. today at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 1115 E. Ray Road. Bueler Mortuary made arrangements.
