| SUSSEN, Jerry Lee Jerry Lee Sussen, 62, of Mesa AZ, passed away March 16, 2004. Services March 26th, Calvary Chapel Tri City, 2324 E. Southern Avenue, Tempe Az. Contributions to American Cancer Society, 2929 E. Thomas, Phx Az 85016. Published in the Arizona Republic on 3/20/2004. SUSSEN, Jerry Lee Jerry Lee Sussen, 62, of Mesa, AZ passed over peacefully in his home on March 16, 2004. His memory will always be cherished by his loving children: Brenda, Lisa, Deborah, Steven & Garett; & many grandchildren. Jerry was known as an honest business man and a great fisherman.
