| Carlos Tovar, 25, of Eloy died Nov. 7, 2006 at home. Visitation was from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at St. Helen of the Cross Catholic Church, with rosary recited at 7. Funeral Mass was celebrated there at 9 a.m. Tuesday by the Rev. Kevin Clinch. Burial was in Eloy Memorial Park. Mr. Tovar was born Sept. 29, 1981 in Florence. He was an apartment manager. Survivors include his wife, Isela C.; two sons, Benito and Carlos Tovar Jr. of Eloy; his parents, Jose O. Tovar and Dominga Ramos of Phoenix; and three brothers, Jose M., Sacramento and Antonio Tovar, all of Phoenix. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Mary Helen Ramos. J.
