| TOBINE, Raleigh E. Raleigh E. Tobine, 82, Casa Grande, Arizona, passed away June 25, 2003. U. S. Air Force, Retired. Services pending. Tobine, 82, of Casa Grande died June 25, 2003 in Casa Grande. Mr. Tobine was born Sept. 13, 1920 in Manchester, N.H. He had a career in the Air Force. After retirement he was a ranger at Picacho Peak State Park. He raised dogs and showed them and was a member of the American Kennel Club. He was a "people person" and had many friends. He lived in Arizona for 42 years. Survivors include a daughter, Martha Woodrome of Phoenix; a stepdaughter, Jane Heckendron of Casa Grande; eight grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
