Angelina (Creazzo) Emma

Angelina Emma, the daughter of Giuseppe and Theresa Creazzo and the owner and founder of Pizza Town in Tempe, went to be with the Lord on Monday, December 12, 2005. She was born on January 31, 1921 in Calabria, Italy and was raised in New York City during the Great Depression era.

As a War Time Bride she worked in sewing factories and in 1957 opened Angelina's Pizzeria on Port Richman. She continued to live in Staten Island, until she moved to Tempe, Arizona in 1979 where she opened Pizza Town in 1981 and continually practiced her favorite art of cooking for the public, serving her mother Theresa's recipes, until she was diagnosed with cancer in early 1999. Her health took a turn for the worse in February.

She is survived by her husband of sixty one years, Eliseo, her children Marie and Frank and grandchildren Paul Joseph, Frank and Heidi. Visitation and services at Carr-Tenney Mortuary 2621 S. Rural Rd. in Tempe, AZ.
