| BAUGHMAN, Maria Obregon MESA - Maria Obregon Baughman, 82, of Mesa died May 4, 2009. Visitation will be from 7 to 8 p.m. today at Bunker's Garden Chapel, 33 N. Centennial Way in Mesa. The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Saturday in the Lehi Ward Building, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 810 E. Lehi Road in Mesa. Burial will be in Mesa Cemetery. Mrs. Baughman was born March 19, 1927 and was a daughter of David and Julia Obregon, longtime Casa Grande residents. Survivors include three sons, Fred Gomez of Florida, Johnny Gomez of Casa Grande and Blake Brodersen of New Mexico; two daughters, Mari Brodersen Alvig of Scottsdale and Heidi Gold of Mesa; a brother, Bobby Obregon of Texas; a sister, Connie Redden of Texas; seven grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, David A. Baughman, and a son, Edward (Gomez) Calderon. Published in the Casa Grande Dispatch May 5, 2009. |
