| COOK, Claudia Nadine SACATON - Claudia Nadine Cook, 36, of Sacaton died May 5, 2009 at Odyssey Healthcare. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 6 a.m. Saturday at St. Anthony Catholic Mission in Sacaton, with visitation continuing until 9 a.m. Burial will be in East Sacaton Cemetery. Ms. Cook was born June 21, 1972 in Sacaton. She was a driver for the Tohono O'odham Nation. Survivors include her companion, Darnell Jose; three daughters, Breanna, Jobina and Hanna Stewart, all of Sacaton; two sons, Andrew Cook and Kasey Stewart of Sacaton; two sisters, Miriam Shaw of Sells and Cheryl Cook of Sacaton; and a brother, Calvin Cook of Sells. She was preceded in death by her parents, Richard and Ceceilia Cook. J. Warren Funeral Services, Mountain View Chapel & Crematorium is in charge of arrangements.
