Marilyn Therese Bagnall passed away peacefully, with her family at her bedside, on May 6, 2009. Marilyn was born in Phoenix, Arizona on April 11, 1931, but grew up in Prescott, Arizona. She was raised a strong Catholic and her faith remained with her until her death. She married Harry W. Bagnall and moved to Coolidge where she and Harry raised their five sons.

Marilyn was a very caring and religious person. She was a super Mom and doting Grandma ... especially loving all young children. Her extended family and her sons thank her for so many wonderful and thoughtful years as she makes her way to heaven.

Marilyn was predeceased by her parents, Emil and Adelaide Wedepohl; her brothers, Ed Wedepohl and Paul Wedepohl; and her husband, Harry Bagnall.

She is survived by her brother, Norb Wedepohl (Eula) of Prescott; her sons, Tom Bagnall (Penny), Dennis Bagnall (Debbie), John Bagnall (Natalie) all of Coolidge, Matt Bagnall (Ann) of Casa Grande, and Mark Bagnall (Lynn) of Phoenix. She has 11 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Further, she has an extended family of nephews, nieces and friends that will miss her greatly.

Visitation will be held this Monday at 5 pm with Rosary at 6 pm in Simes Mortuaries Casa Grande Chapel. Funeral Mass will be held Tuesday, May 12 at 9 am in St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church with Father Bardo Antunez officiating. Burial will be at Valley Memorial Park Cemetery in Coolidge, AZ.

In lieu of flowers family requests memorial contributions be made to St. Anthony of Padua Catholic School, 219 N. Toltec, Casa Grande, AZ 85222. Also, donations can be sent to the Pinal County Animal Shelter, 764 S. Eleven Mile Corner Rd., Coolidge, AZ 85222.
