Hila Lenore Palmer Bryce Loveitt Naff, 99, passed away April 20, 2009, in Richfield, Utah. She was born March 13, 1910, in Hubbard to James Isacc and Hila Ella Beals Palmer. She was the fourth child of seven. She attended school in Bryce and Pima.

On April 6, 1929, she married Orie Ellis Bryce in Bryce. She was a housewife and worked for Jay Green’s Men's Store in Safford. They later divorced in 1947. Orie passed away December 18, 1983.

She married Harold Charles Loveitt on August 12, 1948, in Compton, Calif. He preceded her in death February 15, 1964.

December 18, 1965, she married Clarence Kay Naff in Norwalk, Calif. He preceded her in death July 17, 1989.

In June 2001, Lenore moved to Monroe, Utah, to live with her son, Darrell Bryce. She later moved to the Beehive Home in Richfield, where she could receive extra care.

Lenore is survived by her children: Jean B. (Irvin) Taylor of Safford and Darrell E. (Joan) Bryce of Monroe; stepdaughter Lila Lee of Oregon; eight grandchildren and many great- and great-great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents, husbands and siblings: Glen, Elizabeth, Journal, William, Donna and Gema.

Graveside services were Thursday, April 23, at 10 a.m. in the Pima Cemetery, Pima. Visitation was at the cemetery at 9:30 a.m. Funeral directors were Magleby Mortuary, Richfield, Salina and Manti.
