Helen Mary Miller, 44, was called home by her Lord on April 4, 2007. Helen and her family moved to their new home in Chino Valley last summer to be near her mother and sister. Helen was born in Plainview, N.Y., on Nov. 21, 1962.

Helen was a homemaker who loved her children. She was formerly a staff assistant at Longwood High School in Middle Island, N.Y. Helen also taught Catechism classes for 13 years at St. Peter & Paul Roman Catholic Church on Long Island.

Helen was a devoted wife and mother. Her children were the apples of her eye. She enjoyed oil painting and gardening. In her artwork, roses and landscapes were her favorite subjects.

She is survived by her loving husband Ted; her five children: Gina, Joey, Patrick, Cody and Tyler; her sister Marie; brothers Joseph, Paul and John; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father and mother and nieces Rose and Cari.

Contributions in Helen's memory may be made to Grace Baptist Church.

A celebration of life service will be 2 p.m. on Wednesday April 11, 2007, at Grace Baptist Church of Chino Valley (Highway 89 and Outer Loop Road). Visitation will be at 1 p.m.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Chino Valley Funeral Home.
