Charles E. Baker, 81, of Cottonwood died Friday, May 8. He was born August 20, 1927 in Phoenix.

Mr. Baker served his country in the Navy during World War II.

He worked as a hotel bellman at in the Grand Canyon where he and his wife were able to enjoy the beauty of the Canyon for many years.

He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Wilma Baker.

Private family services were held.
