Judith Joanne Kyner, passed away peacefully in her sleep in Prescott, Arizona on March 18, 2017 at the age of 80. Born in Chicago, Illinois, on August 12, 1936, she was the daughter of Dan and Lucille Kilgore. She graduated from Burlington WI High School in 1954.
She was a devoted wife and best friend to her husband Terry. Loving mother of her sons Jeffrey Penzkowski and Paul Penzkowski. She will be greatly missed by her surviving sisters, Carol Nickelsen, Marianne Stifle, Karen Vento and her brother Dan Kilgore Jr.
She was preceded in death by her sister Loretta (Mickey) Gendrick from Honey Creek, Wisc. She will fondly be remembered by her many nieces and nephews. Many thanks to the wonderful nurses and doctors and staff at the Yavapai Regional Medical Center and the Mayo Clinic Cancer Center.
She had a passion for gardening and incorporating the gardens fresh vegetables in her many delicious dishes. She had a lifelong love of sewing, and other arts and crafts. She was a member of the Prescott Red Hats and the Prescott Sewing Club, and she leaves behind many friends in the Prescott, Arizona area where she enjoyed her retirement years. She was a lady with a friendly, easy going disposition that will be sadly missed.
