William Youree Called Beyond

William Youree, a guest at the Pioneers' home since September 2,
1921, succumbed at the home yesterday at 3:35 o'clock at the age of
93, following an illness of about a month's duration.

The deceased came to Arizona in 1869 from Chester County, Mo., in
which country he was born on Aug. 10, 1832.

The greater portion of his residence in this county, he was engaged
in mining and was held in the highest esteem by the early day
residence of this district.

Friends and relatives of Mr. Youree have been notified of his death.
His funeral services will be held at Ruffner's chapel Thursday
morning at 10 o'clock.

Transcriber's note: Mr. Youree is buried in an unmarked grave at the
Pioneer's Home Cemetery in Prescott, Arizona.
