Oscar Rios Garcia

Oscar Rios Garcia, 49 of Hayden Junction, passed away March 7, 2002, at his home. He was born April 15, 1952, in Marana, Arizona.

He grew up in the Guadalupe area and moved to Hayden in 1973 where he worked for an auto parts store. A people person, he loved people and loved helping them. He also loved the outdoors. As a hobby he enjoyed working on cars.

Survivors include his ex-wife, Patsy of Hayden Junction; sons, Oscar Joshua Garcia and Paul Martin Garcia; sisters, Mary and Lupe; brothers, Amando, Victor, Johnny, Tony, Arthur, Perfecto and Vicente; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

A visitation and services were held Tuesday, March 12, at the Lighthouse Assembly of God Church with Pastor David Wade conducting. Interment followed at Mountain View Cemetery in Hayden.

Arrangements were handled by Griffith Mortuary.
