| Cindy Jean Chladny July 26, 1958 - August 3, 2007 Cindy Jean Chladny passed away in a Sun City, Arizona, hospital after a recent illness. Cindy returned to Arizona to be with her family while seeking additional medical attention. For more than ten years she worked at the Community Cancer Center in Roseburg, Oregon as a radiation therapist. Cindy's lifelong passion was dance and she was a member of the dance troupe at Sol'd-Out Performing Dance Studio while residing in Roseburg. Cindy graduated from Community College of Rhode Island as a radiation technologist and later completed studies at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center as a radiation therapist. Cindy is survived by her parents, Eugene and Olive Chladny of Phoenix, Arizona; sister, Robin and brother-in-law, Glen McCurley of Phoenix; and sister, Diane and brother-in-law, Robert Hawkins of Pensacola, Florida. Funeral services will be at Shadow Mountain Mortuary, Phoenix, on Thursday, August 9, 2007. A memorial service in Roseburg is planned for later in August. |
