The Prescott Courier, Prescott, Arizona Saturday, October 8, 2017, page 8a Andrew H. Mettee IV, 57, of Prescott, Arizona, was born Oct. 15, 1959, and delivered into the hands of the Lord, Sept. 22, 2017. Andrew is survived by his five siblings, George A. and Michael L. of California, Thomas J., Mary E. and Ellen I., of Arizona; his son, Andrew H.; grandson, Gunner; nephews, Aaron C. and Michael; nieces, Marlena K., Santina C. and Nichole. Andrew was a veteran of the U.S. Navy. He resided in Arizona most of his life working as a custom cabinet maker and carpenter. Andy was a jack of all trades, there wasn’t anything he couldn’t build or fix. He was truly a talented man, had classic good looks and a heart of gold. Andy was always there to help in a time of need. Whether you were passing by, saying hello or goodbye, one never left without a warm hug. If you needed cheering up, Andy was there to put a smile on your face with his wonderful sense of humor and radiant smile that lit up the room. Andrew was taken too soon. His comedic persona will be sorely missed by all who knew and loved him. Andy, you will always be with us in spirit, we know the Lord has prepared a better place for you. Arrangements entrusted to Sunrise Funeral Home. Information provided by survivors. |
