Oscar E. Holden, Jr.

Oscar E. Holden Jr., 78, of Kingman passed away Tuesday, May 12, 2009, in Kingman. He was born Jan. 12, 1931, in Lavaca, Texas, and came to Kingman 50 years ago from Texas.

He was owner/operator of an auto mechanic business. Our father was a loving husband, brother, dad, uncle and grandfather. He loved fishing and hunting - a true outdoorsman. We will miss him. One journey ends and another begins.

Oscar is survived by two sisters, Betty Jane of Texas and Tootie of California; one son, Greg Holden of Kingman; three daughters, Sheri Esquerra of California, Vicki Sininger of Flagstaff and Annette Jauch of Anthem; 17 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.

Friends and family are welcome to the service at 1 p.m. on Sunday, May 24, at the home of Greg and Camille Holden, 2596 Broken Arrow St., Kingman. In lieu of flowers, donations can be sent to Gardens at Kingman, 1031 Detroit Ave., Kingman, AZ 86401-6811.
