Dale James Robinett, 71, of Casa Grande died May 13, 2009 at Casa Grande Regional Medical Center.

Visitation Saturday at Simes Mortuaries Casa Grande Chapel. The funeral will follow at 2, with the Rev. Michael Kerr-Osman officiating. Burial Monday in National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, in Phoenix.

Mr. Robinett was born Sept. 19, 1937 in Mountain Grove, Missouri, and was the fifth of eight children of Art and Eva Robinett. He owned Big Daddy's Steakhouse & Lounge and was a salesman in Nebraska. He married Lois Fritson on Dec. 15, 1957 in Macon, Neb.

He was a jovial person who enjoyed teasing people and always had a hearty laugh. He lived for his entire family.

Survivors include his wife; three daughters, Lori Hardenbergh of Maricopa, Debra Ruane and Jana Babel of Casa Grande; two sisters, Maxine Bennett of Missouri and Bernece Cooper of Pennsylvania; a brother, Kenneth of Missouri; seven grandchildren; and one great-grandson. He was preceded in death by two sisters and two brothers.
