COOLIDGE - June Stewart, 82, of Coolidge died May 11, 2009 in Chandler. Visitation at J. Warren Funeral Services, Cole & Maud Coolidge Chapel. The funeral there Friday, with Keith Shepard officiating. Burial will be at 1:30 in National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, 23029 N. Cave Creek Road in Phoenix. Mrs. Stewart was born July 30, 1926 in Texline, Texas. She worked as a secretary. She was a member of the Church of Christ in Coolidge. She loved cats and enjoyed sewing, knitting, crocheting and other crafts. She also enjoyed RV'ing with her husband, and especially Thanksgiving trips to the Salton Sea in California with friends. She was very independent and didn't like to be a bother. She is survived by a daughter, Roxann Hales of Flagstaff. She was preceded in death by her husband of 34 years, Tommy, in 2008.
