| The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Saturday, December 9, 2017, page 5a Frank Robert Clark passed away on Dec. 3, 2017, after a long illness. Frank was born on Sept. 8, 1927, in Reagan Wells, Texas, to Thomas and Nelda (Roberts) Clark. Frank retired from the Phoenix Police Department in 1979. He is survived by his wife of 39 years, Loretta. He was preceded in death by his parents, brother and sister. Arrangements handled through David’s Desert Chapel in Wickenburg, Ariz.
