| Irene Andrews, 91, of Safford and longtime resident of Morenci passed away May 7, 2009. She was born March 28, 1918, in Fort Thomas. She was preceded in death by her husband, Floyd Andrews, and daughter Sherry Bravence. Irene is survived by her son, Charles (Karen) Andrews; grandchildren Scott (Robin) Andrews, Anita (Jeff) Holland and Sean McGrath; and great-grandchildren Jocelyn Andrews, Danielle Holland and Kyler Holland. She is also survived by her brother, Moeller, and many loving nieces and nephews. Funeral services were held Friday, May 15, at Caldwell Funeral Chapel, with a viewing one hour prior. Interment followed the service at Gila Valley Memorial Gardens. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Caldwell Funeral Chapel. Published on Sunday, May 17, 2009 Eastern Arizona Courier. |
