William Herman Rogers Born in Blossburg, Alabama on March 26, 1923. Departed on May 18, 2002 and resided in Cottonwood, Arizona. William H. Rogers, 79, of Cottonwood died May 18. He was born March 26, 1923 in Blossburg, Alabama. He was a member of the First Southern Baptist Church of Cottonwood. Mr. Rogers had worked in trucking for CTI and for many years Pepsi Cola in Phoenix. He leaves his wife, Gennie; a daughter, Phyllis Wenger of Phoenix; two sons, Tyrone Rogers of Ala. and Larry Rogers of Minn.; two sisters, Faye Reid and Joyce Mitchell; two brothers, Erskine Rogers and Jimmy Rogers, all of Alabama; seven grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 22 in the Westcott Funeral Home at 1 p.m. Westcott Funeral Home, Cottonwood and Camp Verde, Arizona. See Also: Find a Grave |
